Gobi’s Adventure follows the story of a water drop named Gobi and his friend Aguat. The pair rain down from the sky into the Colorado River. Gobi makes his way into a home where he finds himself first in a flower vase and then a fishbowl. Aguat isn’t as lucky as he makes his way into the hands of the Water Waster. Gobi soon comes to Aguat’s rescue and makes the Water Waster promise to change his ways. This story is designed to teach kindergarteners through second graders not only where their water comes from but also why it is important to save it.
This story book can be ordered individually but it is also included in the Gobi's Adventure curriculum packet.
